Since their formation eighteen months ago, 20-something Birmingham quartet Pleasure House have created an entertaining brand of Indie Rock that is both uplifting and melancholy. The band are set to release their debut EP ‘Show Your Colours’ on 8th April, which also features their magnificent new single ‘Cyan’.
‘Cyan’ casts an electrifying spell. Unleashing full-bodied production complete with sultry harmonies and haunting psych drum and guitar patterns.
The BBC has championed Pleasure House, playing them regularly on BBC West Midlands and asking the band to perform at the BBC Music Awards. Furthermore, the band has supported the likes of Blossoms, The Japanese House and Prides and have just secured a slot at this year’s 110 Above Festival.
With an upcoming tour, the debut EP ‘Show Your Colours’ should mark a significant step up for Pleasure House.
