Floral Image goes on an auditive rampage with the release of ‘Gallipoli’ one of their most thrilling songs to date accompanied by a brilliant animated music video.
Floral Image – Gallipoli
After closing 2022 with the banger that was Babe & The Devil, Norwich’s four-piece Floral Image is ready to continue their musical journey, starting with their brand new single Gallipoli, a composition that showcases the always-evolving creativity of this psychedelic outfit.
On this occasion, Floral Image crafted a fast-paced track, starting at 100 miles per hour with an enchanting baseline and hazy, exhilarating guitar passages, adorned with echoed vocals, deriving in a melody robust with textures.
Along with the track, there is also an action-packed animated music video that is definitely a perfect match for this exciting tune. The creation of this piece is as wild as the track itself, as the band explains:
“Gallipoli is the most chaotic tune yet; full of ferocious hooks and racing krautrock rhythms, the track thrives off the kinetic pandemonium of its performers and anti-imperialist message. Imagine a particularly disgruntled late 60’s Doors recording in a down-trodden garage somewhere in Berlin, and you’ll find something close to the sound of this raucous record.”
“Gallipoli is a breathtaking psychedelic masterclass, as wild and electrifying as it gets.”
This song is one of the final steps before the much-anticipated release of their upcoming EP So Synthesised, and to celebrate, Floral Image will embark on a UK tour in May. Don’t miss the chance to see them live if you get the opportunity:
