Eluozo’s hedonistic EDM anthem is the perfect soundtrack for a wild bohemian night.
Eluozo, TreyWyze – City Lights
Following his last single Fly Away Anthem, a radiating banger which has received airplay in 25 countries, besides being covered by blogs such as Indie Wire and EDM Nations, Eluozo is making another incursion into the world of electronica. City Lights keeps his signature style of vibrant upbeat soundscapes and smooth, passionate vocals unravelling themes of abandon and freedom.
Proudly hailing from and based in Lagos, Nigeria, the songster wants to share his fascination with his hometown’s nightlife by placing it side by side with another object of his affection, a more carnal desire. As the beat thumps wild and untamed as loud and overwhelming as the blinding neon glares of the bohemian district our heroes are deflowering, so does his unhinged love declarations both to torrid city nightlife and his unnamed companion.
Filled with desire and excitement, he reaches out his hand to invite this person to explore the night “wild and free (…) like the city we live in”. His desired one’s body gleams enticingly against the backdrop of the colourful flashes that set a metropolis’ night ablaze. They both confound themselves with each other and hold his mesmerised gaze all through.
The quieter moments see Eluozo’s sensual voice accompanied by a mere piano. “Been waiting for the fire that comes with the sun in the summer and your body banging”, he chants contemplatively, building up anticipation before the heavy thuds flash right back and pitilessly conquer the scene in the chorus.
The night is young and lies before you, asking to be explored. Don’t resist it!
“An irresistible EDM jam”
