No 1. Ritviz
One of India’s most popular young electronic music producers Few artists have experienced the meteoric rise to fame that 26-year-old Ritviz Srivastava has, and even fewer have been able to sustain that popularity. In December 2017, he shot to fame with a hit single, Udd Gaye, which effortlessly blended elements of Indian traditional music, hip-hop and electronica. The track was declared the biggest party anthem of the year in India by a partnership between Bacardi, comedy collective All India Bakchod & iconic Indian dubstep producer Nucleya. Ritviz was featured on Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 list and on Grazia India’s Cool List in 2021
No 2. Biig Piig
Jessica Smyth aka Biig Piig is an Irish singer and rapper based in West London. Her breakout track ‘Vice City’ was released when she was just a teenager, and she has since released a trilogy of DIY EPs. The music shifts between genres with stories and songs that speak effortlessly of youth culture.

No 3. Susanne Sundfør
Susanne Sundfør is a Norwegian singer/songwriter known for her inventive music blending experimental pop, chamber folk, electronica, jazz, and classical elements, earning acclaim in Norway and parts of Europe. Her breakthrough came with 2010’s “The Brothel,” topping the Norwegian charts and repeating this success with her next two albums. 2015’s “Ten Love Songs” marked her breakout internationally, with her expansive synth-pop style crossing over to the U.K. charts. During this period, Sundfør collaborated with electronic duo Röyksopp, featuring on several of their songs. Her music became sparser and more folk-based with 2017’s “Music for People in Trouble,” and in 2023 she released “Blómi,” a pastiche of jazz, classical, and pop with a strong philosophical bent.
No 4. Beth McCarthy
Beth McCarthy is a British singer-songwriter known for her distinctive pop-rock style and vibrant performances. Born in York, she began gaining recognition for her music by performing in local venues and posting her songs on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Her engaging online presence has played a significant role in her rise to fame.
McCarthy’s music often explores themes of love, identity, and personal experiences. Her latest single, “Good Bi,” is an anthem for the bisexual community, addressing the misconceptions and judgments she faces as a bisexual woman in a relationship with a man.
In 2024, McCarthy embarked on her first European headline tour, which included sold-out shows across various cities. No 5. shame
shame are a post-punk band hailing from South London, known for their explosive live performances and raw, energetic sound. Formed in 2014, the quintet consists of Charlie Steen (vocals), Sean Coyle-Smith (guitar), Eddie Green (guitar), Josh Finerty (bass), and Charlie Forbes (drums). The band quickly made a name for themselves on the London music scene, drawing influences from the city’s rich punk heritage and combining it with a modern twist.
Shame released their debut album, “Songs of Praise,” in 2018 to critical acclaim. The album, characterized by its abrasive guitars and confrontational lyrics, showcased the band’s ability to channel youthful angst into powerful music. Tracks like “Concrete” and “One Rizla” became anthems, solidifying their reputation as one of the most exciting new acts in the UK.
In 2021, Shame followed up with their sophomore album, “Drunk Tank Pink,” which saw the band expanding their sound and exploring more introspective themes. The album was praised for its maturity and experimentation, proving that Shame was not content to rest on their laurels.
Among their best tracks is “Fingers of Steel,” a song that exemplifies Shame’s evolution.
