According to the Music Venue Trust (MVT), 125 grassroots music venues closed in 2023, with more than half shutting their doors permanently. In response, 122 Music Management is stepping up to raise money and make a difference by hosting 24:1900, a 24-hour online music festival celebrating independent artists worldwide.
24:1900 The Global Online Music Festival
This ambitious project will see independent artists from across the world’s time zones all take to the virtual stage on Saturday 21st December when the clock strikes 7 pm. Hosts 122 Music Management believe this to be the world’s first 24-hour virtual music festival. In addition to their support of The Music Venue Trust, proceeds from ticket sales will also be shared with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) recognising the amazing work MSF does in saving people’s lives in conflict zones, and natural disasters across the world.
